I began in the beauty industry over a decade ago, like most artists do: focused on mastering skill, refining technique, and building a client base.

But very early on, I realised something important:

Skill can open the door.
Structure is what builds the house.

So I didn’t stop at craft.

I pursued formal business education at diploma and advanced diploma level. I studied systems, financial foundations, operations, client psychology, and long-term business sustainability. Not just how to “grow,” but how to build properly.

At the same time, I continued evolving inside the industry itself. I’ve witnessed every trend cycle since 2014. I’ve navigated pricing shifts, social media evolution, hustle culture, burnout waves, and the rise of online education.
